Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is paramount. That said, we understand that sometimes an item just needs to go back. It’s all good — you can return or exchange any purchase within 125 days of the delivery date. It’s that simple.
Here’s how:
- Open the drop-down menu and sign in to Your Account.
- Click “Order History and Details”.
- Find the order you want to return or exchange and click “Details”.
- Please scroll down the page to find and select the item(s) you want to return or exchange, then mark them by clicking the checkbox.
- Fill out the “Merchandise Return” form. If exchanging for a different size or design, please indicate the desired style and size.
- Click “Request a Return” when you’re done.
- Go to My Account → My Merchandise Returns and check the Package Status. If the status is “Waiting for Confirmation”, click “Print Out” and follow the instructions.
We’ll take care of everything else! We’ll email you when your return has been processed or when the product you requested in exchange has been shipped.
Important
- Worn, damaged, washed, or altered goods cannot be returned.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date we receive your item for your refund to be processed.
- All refunds are returned to the original payment method. In some cases, it may take up to 14 business days from the time we process the refund for it to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
